My Father, An Author, And My Best Friend's Christmas
Hey everybody!
First of all, I told my father about my Dream Journal. Why? See, I was at the prayer room, reading
The Great Automatic Grammatizator And Other Stories, when my father saw me reading the book. He asked me about it and we started chatting about
Roald Dahl. I mentioned
Tales of the Unexpected and I forgot how it happened but I ended up telling him about Atropos and my Dream Journal. He became interested and wanted to see my Dream Journal so I did. To be honest, I felt glad that someone else was showing interest in reading my Dream Journal.
I told him that this was what I was doing everyday and that I
wasn't playing games...well, maybe sometimes, but I've lost a lot of interest in
Team Fortress 2 but hey, hey, that doesn't mean I lost
all of my interest in it. So I only played
TF2 for a short while today, got bored of dying so many times (I haven't played it for some time so I'm back to the "Nooby Newb" stage
), and resorted to YouTube for entertainment. But I mostly spent my time on BloopDiary. Either that, or I chatted with Deni on Facebook. If I wasn't writing entry, I'd be waiting for comments. And once in a while, I read other people's entries. Anyways, I told my father about Atropos and frog and the age limit and how we chatted off-topic at the comments of
"The Library Outing" (
). Anyway, my father thought that it was actually beneficial and that I was practising my composition. Actually, now he's said that, I think, in a way, that I
am practising my writing!
He also said that my idea of people giving feedback was a good way of communicating people. Hehehe.
Another thing is, Deni had a not awesome Christmas today. She told me that she got bananas, an ugly hat, a scarf for old ladies and other merde. She was really mad at her mom for ruining Christmas. And, to top it all off, she
didn't get her drawing tablet!!! The last one was really a downer (is that how you say it?) 'cause we were planning to do a comic together (though, we still haven't figured out a plot yet lols). She couldn't upload her artwork that was done by hand on Facebook. If she had a drawing tablet, she probably could share it. Well, we just have to wait for her birthday now. She told me that she might get a drawing tablet for either her birthday or for Christmas. Anyway, I tried to fix her ruined Christmas. See, her favourite game is OviPets. I asked her to send me a picture of her favourite pet. After she did so, I thanked her and told her that I was working on something. She just said, "OK." I immediately got to work and started drawing her favourite pet. My drawing skills ain't that good (compared to my brother, who is a natural artist) but it would be OK. At least my family thinks my drawings are cute and OK. Huh! You should see my brother's. They are
AMAZING. Anyway, I managed to finish and colour the drawing quickly. I took a photo with my mom's phone and sent it to her on Facebook. She said it was adorable! ^u^ After that, I guess maybe her mood was fixed. Or maybe not. Don't know.
Anyway.
I gotta sleep now! :3
Hope you had a super-duper-uber awesome Christmas today, everybody! ^u^
