My brain probably can't think straight right now.
I found this site called NerdFitness.com and it looked pretty cool so I visited it again today. I found Steve's blog (Nerd Fitness) totally cool and really inspirational! I was (of course) most interested in this superhero article. I mean, who can resist superheroes?
Thing is, I've been seriously slacking off my so-called 'workout'. It just didn't really feel like it was making a difference. I felt the same after every workout session. I felt like I still hadn't grown stronger. However, I found this - the Beginner Body Weight Workout, plus this article on how to warm up properly. He said that we shouldn't do it on consecutive days, just maybe 2 or 3 times a week. He advised us against doing the entire workout twice in two days running since our muscles needed the next day to recover. I didn't take him seriously.
Now I definitely believe that my muscles need to recover. Although now they feel fine, I think I should just listen to what Steve says and do some interval training tomorrow. Also, guess what? This workout actually made me break a sweat! That's something that never happened in my so-called personal 'workout'. I guess I wasn't doing it right last time. ^_^
