Positive Preg Test? (Photo)...

12/06/2010

Ok, I couldn't help myself... I went and did another test with a different brand lol.. 7 hours later. I think this photo speaks for itself. I'm clearly not pregnant, that first test I did looks like it IS an evap line and it doesn't help that the second test I did doesn't even have the slightest trace of ANY line hahaha. I was right and my husband was wrong! On the up side, I will be using the lower test from now on because I now know that there won't be an evap line to get my hopes up If there's a line on that brand of test, I know that it's positive. *Sigh* we all learn right? ;P

It could just be because you're testing so late in the day that there is less HcG for the test to pick up in your urine - normally the best time of day for pregnancy tests is your first wee of the day. I'd test another couple of times, and if you're still uncertain, get your GP to do a blood test. Good luck!

i see two lines there though? i thought if you were doing a test it's always best to do it in the morning when you first go to the bathroom. i think you should wait and do one in the morning or go to the doctor and they can do a pee test for you.

digital is the way to go.

and i also heard best time to do it is the first thing in the morning as well
i wish you the best of luck

if you are that unsure - maybe u should visit the doctor so they can give you a better answer

i think the second line is more apparent in the second test than the first one. if i were you, i would go to the doctor and see. they can do the test and an ultra sound you know?

Good. I think that's the best thing to do.

Yeah, I agree with Me, I'm Not... Try a digital pregnancy test. It's much easier to read "Pregnant/Not Pregnant" than to guess whether the lines are clear or not.

Oh man! I don't know if I could handle those emotions! Usually if it is wrong tho, you get a false negative, not a false positive! I'm with everyone else, I would test again in the AM!

ryc: I don't know. My husband didn't know with either o our babies, but my friend's boyfriend has known every time. Think it just depends. Good luck!
