I'm still the same today... 78.6. This is because yesterday I drank normal coke and had me a HUGE serving of lasagne last night. It was one of those big ones you buy at the supermarket, you can split into 6 servings. However, we split them into 4.
On the label it said after you preheat the oven to sprinkle cheese on top before you put it in. So we did. We put nearly a whole packet of shredded cheese on. (After all, it was a pretty big lasagne). Anyway, it finished cooking and we ate it. OMFG it was DELICIOUS! By far one of the best if not THE best I have ever eaten.
After we finished, my husband and I went into the kitchen to pack the rest up and stick it in the fridge. During this, my husband said he felt sick and was holding his abdomin *Sigh*.. Normally I wouldn't think much of this, food goes straight through him if it's greasy enough but he was in alot of pain. . . Off he went and spent 20 minutes in the bathroom and no lie, AS SOON AS HE GOT OUT, I was hit with the exact same unbearable pain. So in I go for about the same amount of time. The pain eventually went away 3 hours later omg It was a really bad experience. The pain was worse than what I had when I had food poisoning. REALLY bad.
I put it down to the saturated fat. There was nothing suggesting that this food was going to have us begging for mercy. It was in date.. the cheese we added was in date.. the plates and cutlery were clean. Yep. Definately the fat from the cheese. Now I don't want ANYTHING with cheese in it for a very long time! Probably just as well because it's put a halt to weight loss. |
