1) I want to announce something. I'm not sure how local/widespread the advertisment/event is, but I'm sharing it anyway.
Burger King is giving away 1 free burger shot (not alcoholic in nature, at all) today from 11am-2pm. I feel free in advertising that because.................................................................
I don't have to go to work until 4pm! It will be over with by the time I have to go to work! Nana-nana-boo-boo! Hehe.
2) I wanted to share something intensely personal with all of you...the current TOTW: Theme 205
If your life was a movie, what genre would that movie be? What would the movie be called? Who would play the role of you?
{I will do this in another entry actually. I don't feel like doing it now. Sorry.}
One of my college friends is getting married today. I'm not able to attend the wedding but she knows my thoughts are with her and her upcoming marriage. 
3) I wanted to brainstorm with all of you. I have to take a picture of "men and women at work" for a photography contest on Facebook. What suggestions might all of you have for a nouveau photgrapher? I honestly want your input. I'd like to show something interesting (what is not usually shown...or shown in a different perspective).
Also, if you live in the area, would you be interested in being my subject to photograph sometime...if not this time. I have a short time limit on this contest. I am trying to improve my photography skills...one photo at a time.
Some of my ideas so far: subject intensely setting up a display of dominoes/drawing a complex photo, using an old photo of mine (I have ideas saved), and ....
Speaking of photographs, here is a picture taken by my Aunt Bertha (I presume). It shows what my hometown had to deal with awhile back (regarding an ice storm). This is a view from their front porch.
Wouldn't you know the picture doesn't want to cooperate? I'll try to fix that later too. You might have to remind me of both promises. Haha. |

i went to college for Fine Arts but i hated it. I loved the art aspect i HATED the class aspect. Drawing people takes a lot of patience and a lot of practice to get them to even look human lol. That and i almost never draw them as-is, if i feel like they're kind of boring as-is i'll give them like an alien crawling out of their head or something.
