It is from the cartoon series "Little Audrey" that I grew up watching. It was an old cartoon series when I wore out the VHS tape containing a few cartoon shorts of hers. That was in the late 1980's, in case you were wondering. The words "VHS tapes" should have given that away partially. Haha.
Go to www.youtube.com and reference Little Audrey. It is a cartoon that would not be shown on television today due to being politically incorrect. There are some aspects that can be downright disrespectful for some people. But it is so funny and the main character is such a little firecracker.
