I. AM. EXHAUSTED. Enough said.
(I worked 4-1am yesterday...but I didn't get home until 5:15am--due to avoiding traffic and taking a coworker to her girlfriends' house. I have only been home for about 30 minutes. I have to be back at work by 11am. KILL. ME. NOW. Or better...break my leg, literally, and I won't be able to work tomorrow. Haha.)
My friend, Ben, sent me a message on FB saying that BK was trying to kill me and that I hadn't gotten the memo yet. Haha, I love my friends. They crack me up! I needed that laugh. I'm pretty incoherent and cranky right now.
I have to pee like a russian racehorse! My liquid crack (Dr. Pepper...and soon, coffee) is making me run back and forth from the restroom as if I were a cat after a catnip mouse!
If Glenita schedules me like this again, I will kill her. Literally-and slowly. Haha, just kidding. I will say something though. They need to stop scheduling me on day AND night shifts within a week. It is slowly eating away at my good humour and happiness. I feel like the living dead most of the time. I'm not even kidding about that.
I get off for nearly a week for Thanksgiving though...thank God! I mean that too (thank God). I asked off for it but I didn't know if I'd get it. I think I got the entire time off. The rest of the days I requested off are on next week's schedule and I won't know until it gets posted.
Anyway, I'm only a "little more than useless" right now. I'm staying awake because I know I won't be able to wake up for work in 5 hours or less. I hope all of you are getting your beauty rest.
