Cranberry & Fuji Apple Sauce
12 oz. cranberries
1 Lg. fuji apple (or any kind of sweet apple)
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
**Peel and dice apple. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. After it boils, turn your heat down to medium and stir frequently until the cranberries have split out of their skins. It should take about 15 minutes. Just put sauce in fridge and it should congeal after about 3 hours. (My cousin Emma shared this recipe with me today.)
