I became a District Assistant with AVON... and i still sell AVON and so just managing the two has me losing my mind a little... I Was even more stressed out when my manager went on vacay this week..
She does a awesome job! but serisouly 4 weeks on the job and you think you can leave me in charge? It feels good but i feel like i let something totally slip up or i screwed up or something.

My event today netted $16 whoot
my event before that was a loss for Children's Miracle network which the combined totals for all the vendors Netted $1,100 whoot goo vendors!
and i have two more comming up with christmas!
then i am all evented out! and ready for a break till spring.
i didn't get the Disney trip ... *SighZ* increases always good though at this time i am $400 ahead of where i was last year with total sales! so grow business grow! i still need $7k in sales to hit our first sales level...to increase my earnings. but hey! Growth is awesome in any way shape or form!
I lost a customer yesterday due to no personal contact after placing large orders. How am i to know you wanted personal contact when you placed the orders online for direct delivery.( her friend also started selling AVON recently) just seems wierd to me, i drop you off a brochure at your house, and you place online orders?? IF you wanted personal contact wouldn't you place the order through me in person?
She rents the basement rooms. When she moved in she was told that we are not comfortable with her giving a key to anyone else and to not have someone stay in the house when she's not here. She still has not come back and it's been 5 hours and refused to answer her phone when she got asked if she made him a key.
