Because training doesn't start until next week- I decided to go for a run today.
I've been eating like shit lately (my fault) and ODing on sugar/sweets... (GUH! SO GOOD!)
so today I went for a run. IT ended up being a 12.5K
I did it in 98 minutes.
not terrible, but not great.
The part that impressed me the most was that the first 3K or so I ran the whole time (no walking/pausing!) so, that's something, right? |
