"how little exercise can I get away with?"

The answer is 4-minutes, 3x a week.
This is NOT a weight-loss regime. This is just to keep your body healthy.

Run for 4 minutes at a strenuous pace. You can't speak full sentences, but you can speak 1-2 words at a time.
do this 3x a week.
