This weekend I "cheated" a bit. I went to philly and had lunch with my grandparents. Of course, they don't understand this diet and find it all sorts of restrictive. I settled on a tunafish sandwich (on wheat bread)---but felt sooooo groggy afterwards. It's amazing how my body just doesn't like bread anymore.
That evening I went out and had beer.
lots of delicious beer!
And fried pickles and gator bites. (all of which I didn't pay for.... )
The best part of this dinner/beer-- is that I didn't gain anything, infact I lost. So here are my accomplishments that I unlocked over the weekend:
lose 30 lbs. (down to 181 since xmas)
fit into a size 10. (I honestly have no idea when this happened last.... but I was able to squeeze my fat ass into a pair of size 10 shorts.... didn't buy them, but I'm happy about the size 10 part!)
Feel good. (and I do!)
