WOD:
"someone shot off your leg!"
30 walking lunges (per leg... 60 total.)
30-single leg squats (put your leg out in front of you and squat down while stabilizing your core).
(15 on each side. You can switch after each one, or do a set and then switch.... whatever.)
"Alternating Leg Plank" 3:00
Play your favorite song. (it should be at least 3minutes long.)
Get down in plank.
Lift one leg up for 2 seconds, and bring it down. (seconds/beats/bars/whatever you want.)
Switch legs.
Keep doing this until the song ends or your core gives out. Which ever comes first.
