Crossfit Training

Have you ever had a day where someone points something out to you that you THOUGHT you were doing right/perfectly this whole time, but really it's totally wrong?

I had that done to me today.... on everything.

Basically, I was told (by the people who essentially invented crossfit) that I don't have great form on anything.

squats
posture
shoulder-shrug
putting a bar over my head
keeping my abs tight
pullups (actually, they thought my pullup was good, except that I ended up tearing my hands and bleeding everywhere......)

And we haven't even gotten to pushups/snatches/muscle ups/all the shit i'm TERRIBLE AT.

.... I feel like an absolute failure. Like, everything that I have worked so hard for so far (for over a year) has been incorrect.

So not only have I gotten results (and somehow NOT get injured... miraculously) but now I need to take all that stuff I've built into muscle-memory and forget it---and re-learn from scratch.

Actually, fuck me with a mercury barbell. Just kill me. That would be easier.

I'm going to go drink my beer and eat my chinese food now. Cause I get to do more of this ^^^ tomorrow. *joy*
