So the "death by ____" workouts go as follows:
first min = 1 rep
2nd min = 2 reps
3rd min = 3 reps.
this is really easy until you hit about 12.....
After 19, your grip/muscles are so tired (because you've had no time to rest) and you're just exhausted/worn out.
On Monday I did 185 KettleBell swings.
(this is a kettlebell swing--but for this exercise, we used 2 arms instead of just 1).
I am still so sore i can barely walk. (how does this exercise work your legs???? no idea.)
All I -DO- know is that I have a 15k to run on saturday, and I can barely walk right now |
