so last night i went to the gym. The WOD was as follows:
5 rounds of:
-run 400m
-35 squats
-20 hip extensions
(this is the scaled down version---and what i did).
I finished in 24:12. (which is amazing because I'm pretty sure 2000 meters is over a mile-- and i ran it all in NOT a sports-bra ouchie!--- also, my mile in HS was something like 18 min. so yay!)
Normally on mondays i'm fucking beat. I don't want to move, let alone work out. This week I'm doing much better. |
