I've been training with a gas mask as of late.
I can actually feel myself getting deeper breaths.... it's unreal. I'd like to think that I'm going to put this to good use or something, but we all know what I'm really going to do with it. (showoff how long I can hold my breath at a party).
Real-life application: high-altitude training. (going to Denver and not getting winded.)

I did 150m walking lunges (with the mask AND weighted vest) on Monday and my ass still hurts
