I spent a week in italy.
I ate the following almost daily:
1) pastries
2) nutella
3) cappuccinos
4) pasta
5) pizza
6) cheese. (lots of it)
7) olive oil and cheese and bread (every meal)
8) hardly drank any water (they don't give you free water-- you have to pay for it)
9) LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of prosecco.
10) shit-ton of seafood. (like squid-ink spaghetti!)
I walked a decent amount--- but I did NO workouts except dancing.
I didn't gain a pound.
USA:
I eat salads/paleo
do crossfit 2-3x a week and have a crazy amount of sex.
walk a decent amount (probably as much as I did in Italy).
eat 1 slice of bread
drink 2 beers
gain 11 lbs.
If this isn't an ad for HFCS and why it's fucking awful, I don't know what is. |
