(My best mile in highschool was 7:45).

I'm training for a half-marathon in less than 2 weeks. (I know I'll finish it-- I'll just be slow). I'm trying to practice running with a gas mask (something about strengthening up my diaphragm?) and running with sandbags (strengthening my legs).
we'll see how this goes. I'm sure I'll get weird looks But I don't care.
