So today's WOD was "tabata and something else".
It is the following:
4 minute rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest... alternating)
Pullups
Pushups
Situps
Squats
You calculate your totals in each, add them all up and that's your "score".
On April 27th, I got 176.
Today, I got 267.
(46 pullups, 52 pushups, 77 situps, 92 squats--- or something like that).
I'm actually really happy about this. The down side is, AGAIN, during the squats my hands went numb. I think I have a bad nerve somewhere (or I'm pinching it). I should get this checked out--- or something. |
