Hey guys,
I joined cross-fit about a month ago.
I also switched to the Paleo-diet about 3 weeks ago in attempts to do the following:
lose weight
get my digestive crap under control (I had issues a year ago on holding down solid food during crunch time)
getting more energy/feeling better.
Back in December-- I weighed 215(ish?) something like that.
May 26th, I weighed 189. (my driver's license is not a lie!)

WOD stands for "work out of the day". They usually make you feel like hell.
Wednesday's wod was the following:
100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
what I did:
30 jumping pullups (I can't do a full-body-weight pullup yet, sadly)
50 pushups
50 situps
75 squats.
----------------------
Thursday was:
3 rounds of:
run 400 meters
10 burpees
20 lunges
10 situps (i did mine the machine shown below)
10 mountain climbers
10 squats
(we did this outside... it was 90 + 100% humidity. I didn't feel good.)
(please ignore my fat roll)
In the evening, I walked (in flip-flops... which wasn't smart) 6 miles.
I hurt today. |
