I'm able to do lots of unassisted pullups.
the trick is the Kip (body motion that gives you momentum) and the thought of you pulling the bar below the ground (not your body up to the bar).
I'm proud of myself. My hands hurt, tho.
Today was my last day at my gym here. I'm really upset by this. I made so many friends. I guess I should be thankful that there is a crossfit near where I'm moving to. |
