Been a While
So since I haven't updated since last week...HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
I hope everyone had a really great day with family and friends. Mine was pretty nice. We went to my in-law's, like normal. And my SIL had to work, so my BIL was there with my niece. I was so happy to get to see her. She's getting so big and these are the moments to remember. She'll be 18 months on the 30th!
The dinner was good. MIL forgot the mashed potatoes lol, so I missed that. But otherwise everything was delish! The day was pretty nice.
Friday I had to go to the doctor so I couldn't do any black friday shopping. I kinda wanted to go because I've never gone before, but maybe next year. Since my husband was off work as well, we went to breakfast after I was done at the doc and then headed to a few stores.
We have a Christmas tree, but it's not very big, it's pre-lit but the lights don't work right lol. It was very cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. So while we were out I started looking for a new tree. I found one that I really liked, but it was expensive and my husband said "let's wait". He's right, but I still really want it lol. Over the weekend we went out to another store, I saw they had a really nice tree on sale. But, of course, when we get there, they are all sold out. He said that on Friday we can go back to the other store and get the one I wanted in the first place. I just hope they still have some in stock!
It's a stupid thing to want, I mean it's just a tree and you put it up once a year. But I don't know, I feel like it's time I have a nice Christmas and a nice tree. I've always just had whatever, just to have something. But not this year. I want a nice one. And if they're sold out, then maybe next year. :/
Ok, gotta get to work. Hope everyone's holiday weekend was awesome and I hope you guys got the good sales! Christmas is just around the corner!!!!!

Hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving. We haven't gotten our tree yet.. nor have we done any decorating yet... soon though, real soon.
