apostrophes

OMG....I hate it when people use apostrophes incorrectly. There is another waitress at work who does this ALL THE TIME. Each time a customer orders some dish that ends in S, she puts an apostrophe. clams', fries'...... She should just short hand it like everybody else. Just drives me crazy...or should I say drive's..........

I also get annoyed by the improper use of apostrophes. I drove past a sign that said, "25% off all item's." Argh!
