I have been working the past two days as a sous chef at my Uncle's BIG restaurant...he has three now....This once is the packed always, exclusive one...it was killer fun...so hectic, but I really enjoy the pace and the back staff is awesome. don't make any tips this way...but I make more on the weekends anyway....I am tossed between two of his places and doing so many jobs that I can't think straight, but I still like making people happy so it is fun too....I am glad I am off on Sunday...may take a day trip w/ my guy somewhere....until then...back to work.... |
