Monika's Blanket - Nikki

hi! Nikki here

I wanted to make a granny square blanket for my friends baby. So I youtubed granny square and started on it. I wanted the end result to look like this (diff colors and such):



Mine did not. Mine got way whole bunches messed up. I mean I'm still going to send it and it's still a really nice blanket it's just not.. flat haha. I did one DC (double crochet) instead of three in one? or something. I have yet to figure out my mistake but the video I watched was wrong for what I wanted to make. ah. well.. I tried.

I love the blanket. I cannot do granny squares if my life depended on it. I don't understand why I cannot do it, lol. I can crochet though.
