we both have shiny happy fits of rage

I know I haven't written on here for a long time. I've been super busy with work and school. It's driving me fucking nuts. I had to drop my math class because I was seriously failing it. Actually, I haven't dropped it yet so I probably should before I end up getting an 'F' My EOPS counselor said it would probably be best if I dropped the class since I'm failing it, not understanding anything we're learning, and the professor sucks. She told me that not even half of Baptiste's students pass his class - he's a pain in the ass. I'm still getting tutoring though, for next semester, and Cruz (who is one of the best math professors ever) has actually been helping me out on Wednesdays afternoons. I'm thinking of staying a little later on Mondays too so I can get more help from him and the other tutors at the math lab.

On some AWESOME news, I PASSED MY ARCHAEOLOGY MIDTERM!!!! And I got an 'A' on my annotated bibliography (yeah, the one I thought I was going to get an 'F' on), plus I did all the homework assignments for the first half of the semester which means I have an A!!!!!!!! I'm super excited! We're going to start excavating soon so it's going to be pretty fucking awesome. OH! And this is optional but Duvall planned a Angel Island trip on the 30th of April which should be really fun. I've only been to Angel Island once when I was in 6th grade and we didn't even get to walk on it. We just docked there with the boat and fell asleep for the night.

Work is going fairly well. I got a raise which I am very happy and relieved about. I was seriously freaking out because I don't work enough hours but now it's just great. I'm getting along with everyone there which is nice. The only problem I am having is that my glasses are not working out for me anymore which gives me a massive headache everyday and the kids yelling and shiznit just makes it worse. I've also had lots of babysitting gigs, which is also great, because it's kids I've had in my group before. On Friday I am babysitting Joey and his brother Benji which is always fun. Those boys are crazy. On April I'm also going to be taking care of Lucky (Cynthia, my boss' dog) while she's away on a trip. This is all going to pay for my optometrist appointment.

What else? Oh! So Thomas (my first ever serious boyfriend) and I have been talking a lot for a few months now. We hung out when I was house sitting, talked A LOT about EVERYTHING and then had sex. Go figure. It was the first time we actually had sex with each other. It was kind of weird because I was super exhausted and so was he but somehow we made it happen. We stayed in bed until 2PM on Sunday just sleeping and talking a bit. We also hung out last week - OK, I had to sneak him in the house after he got off work and again, we ended up talking a whole bunch and then having sex and staying in bed until almost 3PM the next day. I'm kind of confused about everything though because I don't know if I like him like THAT anymore. I mean, he doesn't give me very many butterflies. It's just strange. And like Jose is completely jealous but he won't say anything about it and is just telling me to give it more time with Thomas. Bah.
