Mom Issues
So I asked my mom last Friday, what she was doing today, giving her plenty of warning and not just asking her a few days ahead of time. I wanted to go shopping with her, plus she is planning on taking me birthday shopping at some point.
I asked her a few times over this past week if she has thought about Friday. And then sent her a message last night that I was probably heading to bed, and to let me know about tomorrow, and told her what time I leave to get the kiddo from school.
She told me the other night that her boyfriend needs to go home to take care of his mom (she lives states away from us) and then last night she finally tells me that she is going to have to help him. She was hoping he would be able to fix her car before he leaves, and that its making a chirping noise.
It just bugs me that she can't just tell me the first time I ask what she is doing or even respond to me talking about us possibly getting together. It felt like pulling teeth to get her to respond about it.
