He gave up 8 goals in 7 games. that is unbelievable!
Nathan Horton, who was knocked out earlier in the series by a blind sided hit and was left with a severe concussion.... was able to be on the ice after the game to be a part of the celebration! It was awesome!

... and 1500 miles away from Boston, the boston redsox were playing Tampa bay Rays with Josh Beckett pitching. He pitched one of the best games in Red Sox history! giving up just 1 hit and no walks. So he was an in field hit from pitching a perfect game.
NOTE: Boston has at least one championship from all 4 major sports in the last 8 years
A side note: Horton took some of the water from the Boston ice and brought it to Vancouver and dumpt it onto the ice in Vancouver so they were playing on some of their own ice, where they were so good.

Mason Raymond was injuried in exactly the same play, came back in a body cast to cheer on his team in the final game, and not even a penalty was called against Boychuk for Raymond being rushed to the hospital...just need to mention that since you're all about Horton. i don't disagree at all that Rome should have been suspended, but that Boychuk got away without even a penalty for the same play....bullshit.
