I'm feeling ANGRY!

05/30/2012

(pre-script, if you have not read my tx trip and noted it, please do? thanks )

I JUST read an article on espn.com and I was going to post on fb about it but there would not be enough room for me to vent my anger and frustration.

in 2002 Brian Banks, a sr in hs, was convicted of rape.

He had the entire world in his hand, he had a full scholarship to the prestigious football college of USC and had plans to be a big time NFL super star. till that one day, when his female child hood friend, accused him of rape. He went through the court system and was found guilty of rape. His dreams was shattered, was crushed, was destroyed with one word "guilty"

10 years later, she admited that the rape clame was made up. MADE! UP!???

This man went through hell for 10 years because a suposively "FRIEND" lied and said that he had raped her?

Even after he was exsoltarated, it was still on his record that he was a sex offender. He could not find employment.

This...is one reason why I am absolutely petrified of making a first move on a lady of any type. As I asked a female friend some years ago "so any woman can put any guy in jail if they wanted?" she responded "pretty much"

This really hit home (for you who have read my diary for a long while, may remember this story)

my sofemore year of college, I was friends with this really cool kid. He wanted to be a polition or a police officer. He was always helpful, caring, out going, said hi to everyone. Even my first day, when moving in the dorms, without he knowing me or getting to know me first, helped my father bring things up to my room.

To make a long story short, he had broke up with a gf in the second semester. The gf didn’t like it. She figured that if she couldn’t have him, no one would. Came up with this plan. She would apologize to him, have a few drinks, “one thing led to the next” they had sex. everything was cool. She went to the police the next day and clamed he had raped her.

I remember standing at my radeo, switching cds, when I heard from across the hall way, “open up, it’s the police” … I never heard from him again.

Why? Why would females do this? How do they get away with this so easily? Shouldn’t the female suffer the same fate the guy had to endure if she said it was made up? Shouldn’t she be in jail for as long as he was falsy there for? Shouldn’t she be put on the sex regerstration list and not be able to get a job?

In words of Fresh Prince…aka Will Smith, cerca 1986 “girlls of the world aint nothing but trouble”

What a horrible person she is. That's just disgusting.

Thats disgusting. But ya know I was raped as a teenager and was talked out of pressing charges...now almost 11 years later the guy is working in the mental health field where I have been building a career only to find out I can never work in the town I live in unless I want to deal with seeing my rapist on a daily basis. What about those women who really were raped and get screwed over in the end because of it?

Girls like that give women a bad name. They would rather lie and tarnish a good guy's reputation instead of their own. They aren't real women in my eyes.
