About 9pm my father came into my room and told me "the end result is that everyone is ok" (I'm thinking something to do with my nana)
He said that my cousin Michel called my mom to see if she had heard the news. My mom had not. My mom called my cousin Ellen who called her mother and her mother (who is my god mother) talked to my mom bout her grand kid.
My mom sent me the below article so I wont explain it.
I take anything that is written by the media with a grane of salt. I learned the media can say whatever they want from the incident that happened two years ago at my work.
I'll just say that this is my 24 year old cousin (Ellen's son) who got married last October 6th, and was divorced within 6 months.
He's very immature, which is the reason for his divorce. He loves motercycles and working on anything that has wheels.
I am both sick over this and yet I want to go up to him and slap him across the face.
I love the kid but if all the facts come out and he is to blame, I hope he serves his time.
MIDDLETON -- One of two men found shot this morning at a home in this quiet North Shore town was arrested at a hospital later in the day after a police responce that included a State Police helicopter and a specially-trained tactical operations team, authorities said.
Officers were called to a home at 45 Liberty St. around 6:15 a.m. and discovered the first man, who was shot in the arm. Then the second man was found in the driveway suffering from gunshot wounds to the abdomen, Middleton police told media at the scene just before 9:30 a.m today.
The man who was shot in the arm was arrested by Middleton police at a local hospital late this afternoon, Middleton police Chief James DiGianvittorio said.
Michael MacMullin, who resides at 45 Liberty St. and was in his early 20s, will be charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with intent to murder, and other charges, DiGianvittorio said.
“MacMullin was the antagonist in this situation,” DiGianvittorio said. “He was the one who fired first.”
DiGianvittorio did not identify the second victim.
A neighbor, who lives across the street and asked only to be identified by his first name, Glenn, said he was awake early this morning and heard about 10 gunshots.
“I heard the shots and a lot of cops were here pretty quickly,” he said. “I heard three shots yesterday morning, too.”
Both victims were hospitalized this evening with non-life threatening injuries, according to Essex district attorney spokeswoman Carrie Kimball-Monahan.
Glenn said men who appeared to be in their 20s live at the house, but he said he did not know them. The house is set far back from the moderately busy two-lane Liberty Street by a long gravel driveway. He said he would hear loud motorcycles coming and going from the house, but never had any problems with anyone who lived there.
DiGianvittorio said MacMullin is known to police and officerd have responded to his Liberty Street house before, but “not for anything of this magnitude.”
Other neighbors said that stretch of Liberty Street is typically quiet, with the exception of the motorcycles.
“You hear the bikes and that gets annoying, but it’s totally quiet here,” said a neighbor who would only identify himself as Brian. “The only time you hear stuff is when you hear their bikes or sometimes fireworks.”
The incident remains under investigation by State Police and local police.
