hey, not much going on here. Staying inside while the weather outside is hot and humid and my parents are at the beach house for another week.
It is kinda quiet. The tvs are off, no one is calling, no one is ringing the doorbell, no one is yelling down stairs to me. I can eat when ever I want and what ever I want.
But I also feel lonely too.
I started to seriously look into what it takes to publish my poetry.
There is a yearly book that is published that has all the 411 about who, what where, how when to publish poetry including ideas. It is called the POET'S MARKET.
On amazon, it's currently on sale for $17 from $29 but that's a paperback. I wrote to the publishing company, asking if they have a PDF form they could sell me.
If not, it would be a lot of assist from people and I dont want to bother people.
As some of you know, my sister plays professional women's football.
Last year they went undefeated and won the superbowl which I attended in texas and cheered them on to a championship.
With their win this past Saturday over the Chicago force, they move on to play a home game vs the Indy Crash. If they somehow win that game... they're going back to Texas for the Superbowl! Last year it was in northern tx, this year it will be held in... Dallas!
My sister contacted Lisa, to let her know and to see if she and her little monster can go. She said that she thought I would prob come too. Lisa had doubts because of the heat. I said that if I have plenty of water, gatoraide and love, I am sure I will survive. Asked her if there is a room for me at the lisa and Matt ranch. she said there is always room for me but that she may not let me go back to Boston. lol I love that girl!
She got an acceptance letter for college. She is using the GI BILL college fund to go back to school to be a nurse. She never was one for school so she is begging me to help her, which is why she said she may not let me go back to Boston. I said to her, dont tempt me, I may have better luck finding a job and a gf in texas. Wether in tx or MA I will help her where I can, search, writing papers, and stradigies on studying.
Being the caring brother I am, I surprised my sister and wrote up the below and sent it to friends and family members.
her response: I dont even know what to say... thanks Jon
