That's the thing. Sometimes your intention is not to hurt anyone but misunderstandings happen and people end up getting hurt. That's just what happened here. You both have made mistakes and should sincerely apologize to each other without looking at who is to blame. Once you do that, the the ball will truly be in their court. Believe me, you don't want unfinished business with anyone no matter how evil they are to you.

Sizes are just a guideline. You may try a ton of clothes of the same size and they won't be the same. What matters is that the clothes fit you.
