I have not given into temptation and I don’t intend to. Make no mistake. It’s not easy for
a single guy like me to not give in, in all these situations of mutual attraction.
I remember a few years ago when I gave up an opportunity to pursue a beautiful girl who was
attracted to me and who I was attracted to. A friend of mine, a nonspiritual guy, thought I
was crazy to not pursue that. He doesn’t understand the ultimate joy and happiness I will
get in holding out for someone better (someone who God chooses for me.)
It’s hard to hold out patiently and I ask for God to continue to help me in perseverance.
A change of subject. I found myself reminescing about the past recently. I’ve been
