So, two of my students this semester (in individual tutoring) are very pleasant to work with. When I mean pleasant, that includes being open to my teachings (as unconventional some of my methods may be). When I said pleasant, I also mean that they have pretty faces and pleasant voices. I think what's so special of them that stands out is their voices. I will npt use real names and will just call them Silvia and Amy.
Because I am a fitness expert, I have stricter standards when I consider girls. Although these two students of mine (at the college) has pretty faces, sweet voices, and very appealing demeanor, they are a bit overweight (to me). However, I think most guys would not consider them overweight.
Despite their being outside my fitness standard, I feel that they are very pleasant to be around. I guess it's the combination of their personality, demeanor, sweet voice, and pretty face.
Today, I met with Silvia for some extra tutoring and she was doing work for me. When she showed up, she opened her arms as if wanting to give me a hug. However, I just smiled at her in a friendly way and said, "Have a seat." I don't know why I didn't feel comfortable hugging her. I think it's because she's my student and I still feel that it's not appropriate to hug a student (especially when they are so cute and sweet).
But I hope I didn't hurt her feelings or anything. She seems like such a nice girl.
