Advice.Needed.Please.Help.

Okay so once again.....

Last Friday the cops showed up at my house. My neighbors had called about my dogs. He told us that basically, our neighbors just dont like us. He said that everytime he would shoot down one of their complaints, they would come up with another one. They went through Our dogs bark too much, They don't have food, they don't have water, they don't have sufficient shelter, there are too many dogs in the pen, and we harass them.

The officer told them that they had food and water, the shelter was fine for now, puppies like to be together and there's enough room for them. We told the cop that earlier that day we had actually been to the store to pick out and price a new dog house. The one they have in there now was just a summer home. We picked out this huge Dogloo igloo. Big enough for 3 kids to play in comfortably. Which will be big enough for the pups. Plus it's insulated. And they have all their blankets, pillows, and their comforter to go in it and they wear sweaters. And about the barking, They never made a peep until he got out of his car, which he noted. Also while we were talking, the dogs were barking. Melissa popped her head out of the back door, called each dog by name and told them to hush. They never made another peep. So the cop witnessed that they do not bark constantly. And we can get them to quiet down when they start! So the cop said there was no problem and he left.

Yesterday, I worked the morning shift. I had forgotten to take my antibiotic so my sister went by my house to pick it up and bring it to me. When she got to my work place she pulled a card out of her pocket and handed it to me. My neighbors had called the humane society yet again. The card said to call the guy that had been to my house about my dogs ASAP. So I called him. I was freaking out, worried that he had found something, but couldn't think of what. I was worried that my neighbors had convinced him to take my dogs. He was very nice. Said that the only problem he found was the puppies house. I explained that we were planning to go and get the other house with our next paycheck. He said that was fine, and to just put a tarp over the house I have now to keep them a little warmer. I also told him the entire situation. Everything that we've been dealing with from our neighbors. He said that if we press harassment charges, he would come to court and back us up. Tell the judge that our pups are healthy and happy.
We went and got a tarp to put over the house and no trespassing signs to put in our yard.


So, we've decided to press charges for harassment. I know this has been a long story. lol But my question is, Does anyone know how to go about this? I've called to speak with the officer that has been out to my house. But haven't been able to get in touch with him as of yet.

Any suggestions? Has anyone been through this before? Anything that anyone could tell me would be VERY helpful!!

For anyone that doesn't know the rest of the story...let's just say that we have been dealing with this for a very long time. They call the cops, the humane society and the landlord constantly. No one has ever found a problem with our dogs. We can't go out into our yard without them coming out and watching every move we make. Once, they even stood in their yard and screamed at us. And they are the ones that, back in June, took our dog while we were in Texas.
