Short downtime period & improvements

Hi Bloopers,

Some of you may have been affected by a problem on the server earlier where the DNS service crashed. This caused Bloop to become unaccessible to some members. If you were using the server while it happened then it probably didn't affect you.

The network engineers resolved the issue within 15 minutes, and all is well now.

I have also been working on some bottle necks that have caused Bloop to run slow intermittently. Hopefully the server will run smoother now.
