Hello Bloopers!

Some changes to come around:

1. Auto CSS rewrite

When you write CSS into your layouts, Bloop will automatically rewrite them to make use of the .canvas tag which is the entire page EXCLUDING the taskbar. This means that you CSS won't affect the taskbar.

There is also a .taskbar tag that you can use to alter the taskbar's backdrop image or colour.

2. Naming convention

Soon, we'll be enforcing a stricter naming convention. No more spaces, and only alphanumeric characters, and periods, dashes and underscores if you want them. This is to enable tagging of other users.

3. Taskbar

Many of the bugs will be resolved in the upcoming update.

love all the changes minus not being able to have spaces in your name. that was one thing i loved about this site versus some others.

but i also had a question about tagging... can you change your security settings for tagging like you can on facebook. for example, can you opt out of allowing others to tag you. or "review" tags before they post? or something?

that sounds cool bar the no spaces. i like that about bloop. i don't think tagging is a feature people will really use here. i don't think it's a necessary feature.

BTW, a few entries back, you asked us to mention if our layouts were wonky because of the changes... YES... my fp layout the entry table is now stretched out, which stretches the other 2 boxes, and they were lined up with the size of the pic in the middle...

modern family and glee are both fastantic! I love that they are both hilarious and hage such diverse characters that lost of different people can identify with.
