new update
Gosh. I am always saying that I am going to keep updating and everything,but then something happens and it takes forever for me to update. Last week it was my birthday. This week, I've had to have a consultation with my doctor and my daddy is home sick from work because he has a kidney stone and he can't pass it. He's supposed to have some type of surgery this Friday.
My sixteenth birthday was pretty good (: I got the tags for my car. I got some clothes. I got bunches of books. I got some money. Not much, but some. I got just a bunch of little things. My aunt took me out to a mexican restaurant and did that birthday thing and it embarrassed me so bad, but oh well, I had a lot of fun. My cake was yummy, and my daddy ate most of it. lol.
This past week I have been feeling pretty good (: I've been working on eating healthy and researching some healthy foods that I can eat that won't cost much money. I've been eating lots of fruit(cherries, grapes, and blueberries) and I've been eating cucumbers and avocados. I've been doing my chores as much as possible, and I think that has helped me with my energy a little. I've been talking to my parents more. I've been writing in my journal all day. Of course I've still been reading like constantly. Lol. I've been keeping my face clean and everything. My birth control helps with acne and everything, but I still like to keep my face clean. Today I painted my toe nails hot pink and my finger nails hot pink with a black stripe.
I'm so scared about my surgery. They are going to go through my nose. Right now I am having to use this nose rinse thing that rinses my nostrils out and I have to do it two times a day until my surgery, then I have to do it after my surgery for a good while. It feels like I'm drowning when I do it. I don't like it, but I have to do it. The doctor said that the surgery is really risky to begin with but has more risks because it's really rare for them to do it on someone my age. It's going to take half the day, and I have to stay at the hospital for 36-48 hours then I have to see him the week after surgery. They haven't even set up a date yet. I hope they do soon. I'm really really scared, but I also want to hurry up and get everything done.
I tried Indian yesterday. It was different, but it was pretty good. Mom didn't like it. The bread was good, and I had some type of vegetable soup. It was really good. But my stomach didn't really agree with it, I guess it was because I'm not used to Indian food. There was no meat, it was all vegetarian. I'm used to having a meat with every meal.
School starts August 4. I don't know when my home bound teacher is going to start coming. Mom has to call the school and find out later. She will probably call them soon.
