5) What are your coworkers like? My maint. supervisor is AWESOME!! He is a go getter and I never have to direct him. I just hired my Leasing Agent a few weeks ago, she's very nice and I like her. My housekeeper - SHES CRAZY - but I wouldn't keep her if she didn't clean like she does.
6) How far away from your house is your place of work? 6.5 miles
7) What are the customers/clients like there? Well, I manage a High end Senior Community - so they are typically over 55 and just as nice as can be.
8) What is your favorite part about work (aside from the money)? I enjoy all of it. I love my job.
9) What do you dislike about work? Having to work 1 Saturday a month.
10) What are your hours? Monday - Friday 8 - 5 and Saturdays I work 9 - 3.
11) How many days a week do you usually work? 5.
12) Are you thinking about quitting anytime soon? Nope!!!!
13) What is your boss like? He's really cool - a little all over the place but nothing i can't handle.
14) Do you have to wear a uniform? Business Casual
15) Do you get to wear a sweet name tag? I sure do, it says my name (first and last) and my title and the company I work for!
16) Do people you know ever stop in? Sometimes.
17) Do you get any sort of benefits for working there? I sure do.
18) Does having a job get in the way of other obligations of yours (school, friends, homework, extracurriculars, family, etc.)? Well a job is a priority, of course there are things you miss out on occasionally, but thats life.
19) Are any of your friends currently employed? Yup.
20) If you could get a new job right now, where would you rather work? A dental assistant or work from home, but I wouldn't change a thing.
21) Does work stress you out, or do you find it to be a nice outlet? End of the month - YES. Otherwise it's not bad.
22) Is your job close and personal or big and impersonal? Close and personal.
23) Have you ever had to call in sick? Unfortunatly, only once.
24) What exactly do you have to do at work? Collect rent, lease, oversee 3 employees, attend to resident needs, marketing/outreaching, advertising, pay bills, lease renewals...to name a few.
25) Do you ever goof off at work (texting, etc.)? I wouldn't call texting goofing off, but usually on Friday's I encourage the staff to bring in something for lunch and we have an exteneded lunch and enjoy each others company.
