The house has been sold  subject to contract of course, but all looks like it's going ahead. The people buying only viewed once and made an offer the following day which was rejected as they offered 170k but they had it on the market at 179,950. Took 172k in the end. So on Tuesday we went out to st athan and looked at another house on eagle road. Sarah put in an offer on Wednesday or Thursday of 95k which was refused but offered again at 98k and it was accepted ) so if all goes to plan, that will be her new house (and hopefully mine at some point...).
Did quite well at the women's aid interview, but didn't get it. I was quite upset and felt down for a few days. Will be going for their admin position when it comes up though.
