begin. I don't see me updating this very well. But hey, it's worth a shot.
I plan to TRY and do a "Daily Booth" sort of picture thing. That won't keep happening either, but whatevs.
Today was a SCAEL match. We won 5/5. Barely. I'm on the math team, and I made a few errors. But some of the questions were RIDICULOUS. We have 15 seconds and they ask "What is the binary number 10101 in base five?" Answer is 41. Just BARELY got it, too. All of the questions are interesting, I guess, but yeah. There are five rounds: Math, Science, History, and Literature, and then "All Around" with questions from every subject. I usually play all around, but the coach decided that Wes, another math guy, should play in my place. WHATTT. So we barely won...in sudden death, and even THAT answer was contested. Gah.
So this picture is of stressed-me in my SCAEL shirt. I have two application essays to write to get into a class which could qualify me for a week-long trip to NASA at Langley, an essay about myself to write, Scarlet Letter to read, a project on that book to do, and a paper on that book to write. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT. I am soooo not ready for this week.
On top of that, I have to squeeze Latin in there somewhere. I'm probably going to have to cheat on all of the quizzes this week and restudy them all later. We can't do late work, or even request an extension without EXTREEEEMEE situations, and tons of writing doesn't count.
Soo.
That's about it for today. end. | | |
