Every now and again it is nice to be complimented for what you do.
but...as a side note. I spoke with former Governor Baliles of VA today. I did not acknowledge that I knew who he was because I was...well...startled that I was talking to a former Governor of Virginia. Now I feel like a dork.
But onto the good stuff...I have received two customer compliments this week...
Beth S spoke with Ms. F who then sent us a note via the website contact form. Ms. F had the following to say about Beth's customer service:
I just wanted to write a quick note to say that your customer service is exemplary. I called not knowing my username, password, account, or pin and yet your service rep was able to help me quickly, efficiently and more importantly politely. I am a customer service manager for a large software support firm and I would be careful because I might just try to hire some of your staff away. Just Kidding! Thank you very much!
It's wonderful to have left such a great impression that our patrons are taking time out to send us a note of appreciation. Thank you for your hard work, it does not go unnoticed!

I would like to congratulate Beth Smith on a wonderful customer compliment that she received today.
Ms. R called in regarding her account. Her replenishment information needed to be updated but since she had recently had some work done on her eyes, she wasn't able to see clearly to provide the information to us today. She called to let us know she was aware of the need for the update and would get it to us soon. She wanted to let us know that Beth was very attentive, professional, and detail oriented. Ms. R said that Beth lifted her spirits and was very sweet and understanding of her situation. Ms. R went on to suggest that Beth be treated to lunch for her excellent customer service.
