Well, I knew that it was gonna happen...it was inevitable...they cut the power. :[ Oddly, I'm not that upset over it, honestly. I knew it was coming...I told Jeff it was coming when I asked him to make a payment. But did he? Newp! You get what you pay for...which in this case is nothing for nothing lol. I like it really. It's quiet. The kids were upset cause this meant no t.v. I think that it will do them good. We can cook on the grill so that's not a problem. I don't mind cold showers and my friend said that the boys could take baths at her house which is what...75 yards away? I made my coffee at her house. Food wise is the only bad part. Like the stuff in the fridge and the freezer on the fridge is no good. There wasn't really anything in the fridge though cause I hadn't gone grocery shopping yet this week so at least we didn't lose much. We were gonna cook as much of it as we could on the grill last night but it ended up being late so i made me two hot dogs and that was it. Jeff and the boys had pb&j sammiches. -shrugs- The stuff in the deep freezer will hold until we get it to his mom's. Needless to say that I got quite a bit done yesterday cleaning wise. Without the t.v. and the computer it left me with not much else to do. Plus I was inspired to pack and clean now that the electric is off. I had just told Kelley the day before that if they cut it I wasn't planning on having it turned back on because we're moving. Why pay all that money right now when we need it for the move and such? I'll start paying on it afterwards. It was nice in here last night by candle light and oil lamps. We had the tiki torches outside going while we were gonna grill. It's only like 3 weeks till we move and we've gone longer than that before without power. When William was a baby so I guess it was around 10 years ago at this one house we lived at. Then we had one of these gas camping stoves which made it easier. But we also had a cistern with water instead of town water or well water. Which meant we had an electric pump so we had to dip water out by a 5 gallon bucket then so I'd have to say this time it is easier since we have water. But I've got to get the fridge cleaned out so that it doesn't start stinking lol.
Jeff and Gordy spent the evening trying to get Gordy's truck running again, especially since we are moving soon. He won't know what to do when we move. He lives right up the street behind us so he's here every evening just about and of course goes with us wherever we go most times. Even to my family cookouts and such. He's like our 3rd son lmao. Only I would have had to have had him at 6 years of age if he was a son lol. So, I don't know how much I'll be on this anymore till we move. The battery died last night on it and of course there was no way for me to charge it. I took it to Kelley's today and charged it for an hour or so, so that I could get on. I just don't want to be using to much of her electric though and be all mooching and shit off her. Anyways, I guess I better get so I don't kill this already. ttfn! :]

it's like your stalker doesn't actually read the entire entry. i've noticed that a couple times now. anywayyy... that sucks about the power being shut off. when our cable got turned off at the last apartment, we decided to keep it off cause we were wanting to move, too. but it ended up being about a year later that we actually moved lol it was torture. power is different. i dunno how i'd do it for a couple days let alone 3 or so weeks. ack. good luck. it'll be boring without you lol so move quickly.
