okay so today has been very boreing for me....we are suppose to get up to a foot of snow and there is already like 7 inches on the ground. I coulnd't even go to work today because of it, I just hope that I don't get in trouble for it even though I did cal and get permission to not go today.
My boyfriend is at work right now and come to find out he changed his pass word on myspace so I can't get in it, it makes me think that he is messaging another girl, I tend to get a bit paranoid about things like that. But I need some help.
I want to loose weight like 20 lbs and quit smoking but I have a feeling that this is going to be hard for me, since I just moved a few months ago and I have a loy of stress on me and I really have no friends.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to quit smoking besides just stopping all together at once because i don't think that i can do it on my own. I ahve cut back to like 8 a day compared to a pack a day. and also on a few times to loose some weight. I know to eat healthy and excerise but like what kind of food and stuff. |
