Notes:
i had pizza and half a cookie last night, but i will not let it get me down cause i worked super hard at the gym last night doing extra stuff.
i feel better. i know its wierd, i mean im tired as all get out, but i feel like healthier. Im SORE though. Haha. Especially my shoulders. Its really hard for me to stretch my arms above my head. I'll get over it though. haha. i'm taking some advil when i get home.
I cant wait until weigh day. im really excited to see how much i've lost and really nervous at the same time. what if i dont loose anything? what if it just sits there and stares at me, still saying 230. I'll probably just try and tell myself that i've gained muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, but thats really hard to try to convince someone of that when they've been working their tail-end off for two weeks.
i guess i'll just have to cross that bridge whenever i get to it.
