This will be the last time I weigh until the 18th because I hear you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday because its really bad. So I'm not going to weigh myself until the 18th, and then I'll do it in incriments of a week.
So I did my BMI thing and I found out that I was in the obese category. How frickin embarrassing! I mean I kind of had a clue that I was really overweight, but I never expected obesity. I'm going to really work hard to get down to the normal weight which is 18.9 to 24.9. If I get down to 140-135, then my index will be around the normal bodyweight, which is what I wanted to lose anyway, so thats no biggie.
I guess I've always had problems with my weight. It's something I've struggled with for pretty much all my life, and something I've been concious about since I was very young. I think it's something that I will probably be dealing with for the rest of my life. Thats kind of sad, in a way. I suppose its better than a drug and alcohol addiction, but I dont know, it kinda feels like an addiction. I mean they do have an "AA" type thing for fat people.
