I ran a 15K over the weekend in 107min.

That's basically a 11.5min mile.

It actually wasn't terrible-- except for the effin' hills. I'm going to be a beast when I go back east where there are no hills! *flex*

Random things:
1) i ran this in my toe-shoes.
2) I love my toe-shoes, except the impact from me running REALLY FAST down a SUPER STEEP incline made me bruise my foot.
3) I'm not sure how i feel about running so quickly/forcefully down steep hills where your vision bounces. I always feel like my eyeballs are bouncing and then worry that they will bounce out of my head.
4) according to the interwebs, I burned 1175 calories before lunch on Saturday. That's like... 2 big macs + fries.
5) I'm still sore as all hell.
