This is what I ate this weekend:

  • cheesecake
  • NY bagels
  • NY pizza
  • LOTS of beer
  • lots of crackers and other breads
  • lots of "finger food"
  • korean tacos
  • guh... so much food. SO.... MUCH....FOOD!

    now... I did walk/run a shit-ton yesterday. (it's all i do when I goto nyc). I ran a 7K yesterday through central park and then walked from 63rd down to wall-street, then walked from wall-street across the brooklyn bridge and then across the manhattan bridge, then through china-town to a subway-stop-- then caught that back to 63rd. (phew!) It was about 12 miles if i did my math right.

    I also cried and sweated a shit-ton this weekend-- so I'm probably really dehydrated. anyway. here's what my scale said this morning:
    173.6

    ......wut?

    whatever. I'll take it.
