I ran a half marathon this weekend.
My legs/muscles hurt really bad today.
My hips basically gave out at mile 11 and I felt like I was limping the rest of the way.
not really pleasant at all
I did it in 2:22.
(10:50 pace)
The only nice thing is that they had signs that pointed to "5K", "8k", "10k" so I could see how I was doing--- and I beat all my previous times!
(5K in 27 minutes!)
so yea. that feels great. Too bad my body doesn't feel great today.
Good news after you finish one of these things: You get to eat ALL DAY!
